1/2 lb. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. water Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour and water. Blend well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. |

Did the 2 tbs of unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp of Baking Powder, extra sugar - it all worked really well together. They took a little longer to cook than I thought they would and had to let them sit for a few minutes as they fell apart pretty easy. I also had to sub Bisquick for the flour and all in all, my hubby ate three of them in the first sitting ~ that tells me they turned out pretty well. LOL ~ :)
