JEWISH KOLACHKI 
Dough:

3 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 sticks butter
1 egg and 1 yolk
1/2 pint sour cream

Mix well and form into 8 balls. Chill overnight.

Filling:

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Roll dough into pie shape and add 1/3 cup nut mixture (roll into dough). Cut into 8 pie-shaped pieces. Then roll wide end to point.

Bake on greased cookie sheet. 375°F for 15 minutes.
