SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
8 oz. sour cream
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. orange flavoring

Sift cake flour, add soda and salt to flour mixture. Whip butter. Blend in sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time until well blended. Alternating, add 1/3 cake flour, mix well, add 1/3 sour cream, mix well. Continue mixing until all flour and sour cream is mixed well. Add flavors, mixing after each. Bake at 350 degrees in tube pan for 1 hour 15 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness.
