CRISPY VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans French style green beans
1 can tiny peas (you may use peas & pearl onions)
1 can white corn
4 oz. pimento
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Drain vegetables and mix together. 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt
