1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. crushed corn chips
1/3 c. taco sauce
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan which has been lined with foil, if desired. Cook at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Take out; drain off fat and put in oven for a minute or two longer. Serves 6.
