GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
Mix 3 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons flour; cook gently. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon onion salt.

Fold into mixture, 1 cup sour cream and 2 packages of frozen or canned (drained) green beans. Place in 2-quart casserole.

Cover with 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese and then 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent!
