HAM HOCKS & SWEET POTATOES 
4 lbs. ham hocks
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 sweet potatoes, quartered

Cover ham hocks with water. Add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until meat begins to separate from bone. Add sweet potatoes and simmer 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes are tender. Serves 4.
