BRUNSWICK STEW | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. onion salt 1 tbsp. garlic salt 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 small onions, chopped 1 bottle catsup 2 cans tomatoes 2 cans cream-style corn 1 medium Irish potato Brown beef with onions. Add onion salt, garlic salt and all other ingredients except corn and potato. Simmer on low heat about 1 hour. Add corn and cook for 15 minutes (be sure to stir, because corn will stick). Grate Irish potato and add to stew to thicken. Cook until potato is done. Easy to freeze, just let cool and put in containers. |
