RICE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (chopped)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread

2 cups cooked rice, cook broccoli (drain). Cook onion and celery (saute in butter). Blend in broccoli, soup, celery, onion, milk and half of cheese spread. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake 40 minutes for 350 degrees. Serves 6.
