MEXICAN BREAKFAST 
4-6 pieces bread
1 lb. sausage or bacon
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 or 3 cans diced green chiles

Break up pieces of bread, enough to cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch buttered cake pan. Brown meat; crumble and spread over bread pieces. Shred cheese; layer over meat.

Combine eggs, milk, green chilies with salt and pepper; beat well; pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until slightly brown on top and bubbly. Serve with hot sauce.
