2 lbs. flounder or haddock 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes 1/2 c. chopped green peppers 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. oil 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. instant minced onions 1 tsp. basil leaves 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 4 drops Tabasco Heat oven to 500 degrees. Place fish in greased baking dish 13 1/2 x 9x2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired, garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings. 6 servings. |
