SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
Flour
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. grated dill pickle

Generously flour steak and very lightly brown in a small amount of fat in skillet. Drain off fat. Mix together soup and 1/2 can water and pour over meat. Cook in oven for about 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Twenty minutes before meat is done, add grated dill pickles.
