FISH AND CHIP BATTER 
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dry dill weed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. water

In a small bowl, mix dill weed, flour and salt. In another bowl, mix baking soda and vinegar; then stir into flour mix with water and beat until smooth.
