CHIPPED HAM BARBECUE | |
small onion, diced 2 tbsp. oil or Crisco 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 c. water 1 lb. chipped ham Sauté onions in oil until transparent; add remaining ingredients and cook on low 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often. You can also double this and cook in crock-pot on low for 3 to 4 hours. (You can adjust sugar or vinegar to taste; I like a little more sugar and brown sugar, too.) |
