STEAK AND POTATOES 
About 3 cubed steaks, cut in pieces
4 or 5 med. size potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
About 2 slices onion, chopped
About 2 tbsp. catsup

(When having company just add more potatoes and steak.)

Roll steak in flour. Fry in skillet with onion, salt and pepper to taste. When brown, cover; reduce heat.

Cook potatoes in saucepan until cooked tender. Add about 3 tablespoons catsup. When all is cooked, add meat-onion with a little bit of grease to make gravy.
