STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 c. strawberry jam

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and lemon flavoring. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream and add to mixture. Fold in flour, nuts and jam. Mix well and pour into well greased pans. Use 2 large pans or 4 small pans. Bake bread for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with strawberry cream cheese.
