COLD GARDEN SOUP 
6 ripe tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. minced green peppers
1/4 c. minced green onions
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. minced cucumbers
1/2 c. minced carrots
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Dash chili powder
Dash pepper
Dash garlic salt

Combine, cover and chill at least 4 hours. Serves 6.
