STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus strawberry cake mix
10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. rum extract

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan.

In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan.

In small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth. If thinner glaze is desired, stir in additional water a drop at a time. Spoon over cooled cake. 16 servings.
