RHUBARB PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. cut up rhubarb 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. flour 2 beaten eggs Pinch salt, nutmeg Mix all together and pour in pie shell. Bake 475 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
