STRAWBERRY CLOUD FROSTING 
1 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 egg white (unbeaten)

In large mixing bowl place strawberries and egg. Beat on high speed. Slowly adding sugar while beating, scraping sides of bowl occasionally, continue to beat on high for 10 minutes or until mixture is stiff enough to spread. Icing must be used shortly after it is made.
