FRUIT TARTS 
16 won ton wrappers
2 tsp. powdered sugar

Take 2 won ton wrappers and over-lap them in a tart pan. Rub powdered sugar over the wrappers. Put some beans in the shells and bake at 450 degrees for 3 minutes; take out of the oven and remove the beans. Put back in the oven for 4-5 minutes.

FILLING:

4 oz. yogurt
4 oz. lowfat cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam

Combine the above ingredients with a whisk. Divide the mixture, putting equal amounts in the shells.

Put the strawberries over the filling.

Heat the jam and brush the mixture over the strawberries in each shell. Serve or chill and serve.
