Salt and pepper 4 or 5 center-cut pork chops.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped

Pour over chops and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until tender in covered dish.
