VANILLA BOILED FROSTING 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and corn syrup until mixture forms a ball in cold water. In large bowl, beat egg whites stiff, but not dry. Add vanilla and beat until frosting holds its shape when dropped from beater back into the bowl.
