HEAVENLY CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, grated
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chocolate pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in greased tube pan for 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.

FROSTING:

2 squares chocolate, melted
1/2 stick butter
Little milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Add powdered sugar to get right consistency.
