DRESSING 
8 c. bread cubes, dry & lightly toasted
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sage
2 c. liquid, boil giblets for liquid or can use chicken broth

Saute onions and celery in butter 5 minutes. Add bread, seasonings and liquid. Stuff bird, chops or bake in casserole uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
