VEAL CUTLETS 
Veal steaks
Garlic
Paprika
Cream or half and half
Cracker crumbs
Salt
Pepper

Cut surface of steak 1/2 way through every 1/2" or so, rub with garlic. Sprinkle with plenty of paprika. Pound and repeat on other side. Dip in salt and peppered cracker crumbs. Dip in egg. Dip in seasoned cracker crumbs again. Brown in butter on medium heat. Pour cream (or half and half) over until it almost covers the meat. Braise 1 1/2 hours. (Simmer on low heat.) Yield: 6 servings.
