DIFFERENT POTATO SALAD 
10 lbs. of potatoes, cooked and warm
1 lg. onion, chopped finely
3/4 of a quart of mayonnaise
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. beef consomme (warm)
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. salt

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Then add potatoes; mix thoroughly.
