GRANDMA'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 pork chops 4 potatoes, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. parsley flakes salt and pepper to taste Mix soup, sour cream and parsley flakes together. Brown chops and drain. In a casserols dish, layer chops, potatoes and soup mixture alternately. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
