TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, torn into sm. pieces
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 med. tomato, diced
1/2 c. pitted green olives
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crumbled taco tortilla chips
1/2 c. Catalina dressing

Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Stir in sauce, heat and cool. Toss with vegetables and dressing, chips and cheese.
