PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin and milk. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon lightly on top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
