MACARONI AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. macaroni
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. flour
5 c. milk
2 bouillon cubes
3 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. cheese
4 c. leftover meat (ham, beef, roast, pork or hamburger)

In large saucepan saute butter and onions until light brown. Add flour, milk, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, cheese and meat. Pour over cooked macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or in a crock pot overnight until desired consistency.
