RUSSIAN BBQ CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut up
1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing
2 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot and pineapple jam

Lay chicken in pan. Mix the dry onion soup into the Russian dressing. Pour this over top of chicken, then dab the jam on top of chicken. As it cooks, spoon up the jam and dressing over the chicken. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
