MILK GRAVY 
3 c. whole milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan scald milk. Add butter, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, blend flour with 1/2 cup milk beating until smooth. Slowly stir into scalded milk mixture, stirring until smooth. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and serve.
