VANILLA PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 to 1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
Dash of salt
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cook over medium heat until thickened; cool and serve.

NOTE: The above recipe can be used for pie filling as well as pudding. Just add pineapple or coconut.
