HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
4 (1 oz.) sq. Bakers chocolate
3/4 stick butter
2 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat (or in microwave). Add sugar and mix well. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Store in refrigerator. Reheat before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
