WINE BISCUITS | |
3/4 c. red wine 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Mazola oil 3 c. flour 3 or 4 tsp. baking powder Put flour in bowl. Add oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and wine. Mix well. Let sit for 20 minutes. Cut in small pieces, about 2 inches. Roll and twist in biscuits. Beat well 1 egg. Brush top of biscuits with egg. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Good luck! |
