1 c. herb seasoning dressing mix 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. catsup Prepare stuffing mix as per directions on package. Mix beef, divide into 5 portions. On wax paper flatten each piece to form a 6 inch circle. Spoon stuffing into each circle drawing up edges over stuffing and seal. Use 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, sauce and catsup. Heat until bubbly. Pour over burgers. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4 or 5. |
