MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
6 lg. potatoes, boiled & mashed Add 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 stick melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 c. chopped chives (opt.) Mix well and refrigerate in covered dish for up to 2 weeks. When ready to use, spoon desired amount into buttered casserole and dot with butter and bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. |
