CHINESE SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. popcorn shrimp, canned is fine
1 c. bean sprouts

Heat oil in saucepan and cook onions until tender. Add the rice, soy sauce, and salt; mix well. Stir in shrimp and place in lightly buttered casserole dish. Add bean sprouts. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Serve hot.
