2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
2 1/2 c. quick Quaker oats
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and after it starts to boil, boil it for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from store and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and immediately drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool and serve.

Cocoa can be omitted.
