Mix together:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Mix well and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes only. Remove from heat and add:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. Angel Flake Coconut

Mix well and quickly drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool.
