MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 can chicken broth or 1 1/2 chicken bouillon (dissolved)
1 can green chiles, diced
12 corn tortillas

Brown hamburger and onions. Add all soups and green chiles; mix well. Tear tortillas in fourths and layer in a pan. Then pour half of mixture over them. Then another layer of tortillas. Then the rest of the mixture. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8.
