MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can taco sauce
1 1/2 c. water
12 corn tortillas, cut in halves
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated

Combine first 9 ingredients. Place tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in alternate layers in casserole dish. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
