CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. Zwieback
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Crumb Zwieback; add sugar and butter. Press into pan. Cool and refrigerate.

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 med. eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Combine above and beat until smooth. Add to crust. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Put in a cool place until set.

1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and add to cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes at 475 degrees. Refrigerate 12 hours.
