GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. five-spice powder
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Disjoint wings in a shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan and reserve marinade. Bake 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with marinade. 6 servings.
