BRUNCH EGGS 
2 1/2 c. bread stuffing
2 c. milk
6 well beaten eggs
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese (8 oz.)
1 lb. cooked sausage or bacon
1 tsp. salt
Green peppers and onions, optional

Mix all above ingredients. Place in well buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Set in refrigerator overnight.

Bake next day for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
