INDIANA CORN BREAD 
Mix well:

1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Add:

1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cornmeal (stone ground if possible)
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar (or less)
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt

Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
