BREAKFAST COOKIES! 
2 sticks butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. flour
10 strips crisp bacon
1 c. raisins
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. uncooked oatmeal

Cream sugars and butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Combine dry ingredients. Add to sugar/butter mixture. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients in order; stir after each addition.

Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Surprise you kids and let them have a cookie for breakfast!
