ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 sm. head red cabbage
4 to 5 deboned chicken breast
1 bunch green onion
1 pkg. sunflower seeds
1 pkg. sliced almonds
2 pkg. Top Ramin (oriental flavor)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
Seasoning from Top Ramin
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a slab of butter on top of each chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap chicken in foil. Cook for 45 minutes or until done. In a large bowl, add shredded cabbage, finely chopped green onion, sunflower seeds and sliced almonds. Break up the Top Ramen and add to bowl. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients for dressing, add to salad. Serve chilled.
