CHOCOLATE COVERED RICE KRISPIE
BALLS
 
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 stick paraffin

Pour Rice Krispies, powdered sugar and peanut butter in large bowl. Melt butter and pour a little at a time into bowl and stir until moist. Roll into individual balls and set on plate. Melt chocolate chip and paraffin in double boiler. Keep on low heat so it will stay thin. Dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper. When chocolate hardens, place in tightly covered container.
